Handcrafted & Made in Vermont!
"The Beauty of Nature in Glass" ~ with over 27 years of glassblowing experience, and a variety of hand-sculpted and blown art glass products, you are sure to find special & unique glass gifts for yourself or someone you care about here at Sherwin Art Glass. I spend as much time outdoors as I can and strive to capture the spirit/essence of Nature in most my art glass paperweights and handblown vases, popular glass animals and bird figurines. I also offer fun & functional stemless "not just for" wine glasses and seasonal gifts such as my hand~blown glass snowman sculptures. I hope to offer you a bit of color and beauty for your home ~ something to make you smile every day...at an affordable price!
Heading to Vermont? Please visit me at Sherwin Art Glass!
Every piece I make starts as a single gather of clear, molten (2130 degree!) glass out of my furnace, in my Vermont glassblowing studio located in an old 1925 Mill building running entirely off renewable energy. Coming to Vermont? Please call ahead & visit me at the studio, where you will find a Retail Gallery and glassblowing studio viewing area set up in a warm, family-friendly environment; I am doing glassblowing demonstrations most days and will happily show you every step of the process! You will also enjoy scenic & picturesque Bellows Falls, VT (with shops, eateries & petroglyphs a short walk away), and the beautiful views up and down the Connecticut River!
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, I am asking visitors to please wear masks during your visit...no worries if you forget your own ~ I have some available onsite! For our safety, I also have a powerful UV/HEPA/IONIZER ozone generator that runs each evening to purify the entire studio, as well as hand sanitizer and gloves, if desired. I strongly encourage you to contact me before visiting, to make sure I am at the Studio for your visit. Not up for a Visit? Please contact me for more information on how to set up your own personal Virtual Tour here at Sherwin Art Glass!
Thank you for your understanding ~ Stay Safe!
