Sherwin Art Glass Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for an in-house credit towards glass for amount of purchase. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, or an item arrives broken/damaged --please Contact Us IMMEDIATELY with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order, and how to proceed with your in-house credit, or to make other arrangements, if necessary.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, the website will automatically calculate shipping & handling based on Sherwin Art Glass shipping most everything USPS Priority Mail (Light Bases purchased individually, without a piece of Sherwin Art Glass, will most likely be shipped USPS Ground), in mostly recycled, biodegradable and/or renewable packaging materials. Please allow for 4-6 weeks for delivery after placing your Order.  Most pieces are Made to Order, specifically for your purchase, unless you Contact Me prior to ordering, and/or the piece(s) ordered happen to be in Stock.  Please place any Special Instructions or Priority Shipping requests in the "Order Notes", and contact me with any specific concerns.
