The Eastern Bluebird is the latest in Chris's popular " handblown " bird figurine series....each piece is handmade, individually, out of gathered and sculpted 2100 degree molten glass. Colors are added in several complex layers to create the body and wing colors (predominantly blue, with orange and "splash of white" on breast, black wing accents, dk brown beak and black eyes) ; each piece is then hand shaped and the final touches --beak and eyes-- are added using specialized torchwork techniques. Truly unique and each a one-of-a-kind piece to add to your collection... Each is individually hand crafted, colors and shapes will vary slightly.
